The SMS program

PonixFlow operates automated SMS text messaging on behalf of its Clients (businesses such as dental practices, med spas, HVAC companies, and similar service businesses). Messages sent through this program may include:

This is a transactional and customer-care messaging program tied to a specific request or appointment you've made with a Client business. It is not a marketing or promotional messaging list.

How you opt in

You are enrolled in this SMS program when you voluntarily submit your phone number through a Client's website form (or a similar point of contact) and check the box indicating you agree to receive text messages related to your request. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with the Client business (typically 2–5 messages per request or appointment). Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile carrier plan.

How to opt out

You can cancel this SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number you received messages from. After you send the message "STOP," we will confirm your opt-out status via one final SMS message. You will no longer receive SMS messages from that Client business. If you'd like to begin receiving messages again, submit a new request through the Client's website or contact the business directly.

Getting help

If you're experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the word HELP for more assistance, or contact us directly at the email listed in Section 9. You can also contact the Client business you originally submitted your request to.

Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include, but are not limited to, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, and most other major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not responsible for the content of messages sent through this program.

Privacy

Information collected as part of this SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect, how it's used, and how it's shared with the platform providers that power this service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
